They've got stores and shelters here that sell puppies as pets. You can just walk in and see them anytime you want.

There are many dogs and cats where I am from. They roam the streets quite often.

Right, they've got some strays here too. They had a lot when I first arrived, but when colour started coming back to the city the "animal shelter" - that's what they call it - went back into business. They take animals from the streets so they can be given real homes.

That is a noble thing to do. I am sure the other Travelers here appreciate such a thing.

I know a few people who've adopted animals here. It's a really great idea.
